These are words that come to mind when I think of Elena Buga, model, writer, and collaborator of the highest order. Her intellectual writing and her artwork, especially with Art Ward, have enriched Univers d’Artistes, and I am so grateful to have her as a contributing editor on our art team. I admire her talent, her energy, and her commitment to advance the free spirit of women. I admire her beauty, not only of face and form, although that is substantial, but also her dance abilities, her awe-inspiring poses, and the meaning she uniquely conveys in her dramatic performances as a model. Thank you, Elena, for your friendship and beauty. Congratulations on this new site. It is a pleasure to see all the art you share here.

Light in the Darkness
I work regularily with Elena, she is the only creative person I have met who is in harmony with and compatible to my own perceptions and direction. As a model she is 'light in the darkness' for anyone who is pushing the boundaries in their creative approach to image making and expression. She brings passion and creativity to the shoot and pushes herself beyond the boundaries both mentally and physically into areas that are truly inspiring to capture. She has a fabulous attitude and perception of the art nude genre which is refreshing and liberating. If I had to sum her up in words I would say 'she is an artist who performs through the shape, poise and energy of her body, emotion and mind'. One of the most professional, intelligent and creative individuals I have worked and hope to work with for a long time to come.
